Sayings against the Pharisees

Sayings against the Pharisees

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 16, 14 – 17:

The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all these things and sneered at Jesus. And Jesus said to them, “You justify yourselves in the sight of others, but God knows your hearts; for what is of human esteem is an abomination in the sight of God.
The law and the prophets lasted until John (John the Baptist). But from then on the kingdom of God is proclaimed, and everyone who enters does so with violence. It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for the smallest part of a letter of the law to become invalid.”

We had a beautiful sunny day on Sunday and the temperature was above the freezing point for a change. Some snow melted and there is plenty of water on the roads. The cuttings are getting smaller and there are bare spots in the driveway and courtyard here and there. Indeed Spring is coming and the snow is disappearing. Praise the Lord.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Do not justify yourself My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me your Savior. The Pharisees always justified themselves, giving the idea that they were the only people who were following Almighty God. In fact the Pharisees were the worst sinners among the Jews. They were full of pride and they did everything just to show off. This is why I said to them these words, ‘You justify yourselves in the sight of others, but God knows your hearts; for what is of human esteem is an abomination in the sight of God.’ It will not be human beings who will judge you, but I will judge every person at the last judgment at the end of the world. The Pharisees will be harshly judged because of all their sins.
The law and the prophets of the Jews lasted until John the Baptist. He was the one who pointed Me out to the people. He said, “This is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.” Today you are all called to enter the Kingdom of God which I founded while I was on earth. All those who follow Me and are baptized become members of the Kingdom of God and if you remain in the Kingdom then you will one day enter heaven and enjoy great happiness for eternity. Come then, My friends, enter the Kingdom if you are not there yet and if you are a member of the Kingdom make sure you remain in it by prayer, following the commandments, by going to church regularly and by have great faith in Me, your Brother and Lord. I bless you all.

The Parable of the Dishonest Steward

The Parable of the Dishonest Steward

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 16, 1 – 8:

Then Jesus also said to his disciples, “A rich man had a steward who was reported to him for squandering his property. He summoned him and said, ‘What is this I hear about you? Prepare a full account of your stewardship, because you can no longer be my steward.’ The steward said to himself, ‘What shall I do, now that my master is taking the position of steward away from me? I am not strong enough to dig and I am ashamed to beg. I know what I shall do so that, when I am removed from the stewardship, they may welcome me into their homes.’ He called in his master’s debtors one by one. To the first he said, ‘How much do you owe my master?’ He replied, ‘One hundred measure of olive oil.’ He said to him, ‘Here is your promissory note. Sit down and quickly write one for fifty.’ Then to another he said, ‘And you, how much do you owe?’ He replied, ‘One hundred kors of wheat.’ He said to him, ‘Here is your promissory note, write one for eighty.’ And the master commended that dishonest steward for acting prudently.

I always have problems with bills. I will need new tyres for my van this month and this means more money. A tyre for a van is expensive enough today about $175.00. So I pray that I will be able to find the money to buy these tyres. Please pray with me that the money will come. Thank you very much.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I call you to be honest My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who walk with Me. The parable I gave to My Apostles about the dishonest steward shows what happened to such a person when he is caught. He will be asked to leave his job with the result that he will be in great difficulty as he will have no money for food and for the others things he needs.
What does this story mean for you? The steward is all of you who live in the world. The master is your Heavenly Father. The Father has given you the ten commandments which you are all to follow. However, most of you have not followed the commandments and in that case you have sinned. If you sin and refuse to repent of all your sins, then you will be thrown out of the Kingdom of God and you will be sent to hell. No one who sins and refuse to repent can enter heaven. However, this is why I came on earth to suffer and offer Myself in sacrifice for your sins. Now all that you have to do is to receive the sacrament of penance and the priest will absolve you from all your sins and you will return to the Kingdom of God. All the people of the world need to repent of their sins and they will be saved. I love you all and I am calling you to return to Me. I bless you all.”

The Parable of the Second Son

March 7, 2015

The Parable of the Second Son

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 15, 25 – 32:

Now the other son had been out in the field and, on his way back, as he neared the house, he heard the sound of music and dancing. He called one of the servants and asked what that might mean. The servant said to him, ‘Your brother has returned and your father has slaughtered the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.’ He became angry, and when he refused to enter the house, his father came out and pleaded with him. He said to his father in reply, ‘Look, all these years I served you and not once did I disobey your orders; yet you never gave me even a young goat to feast on with my friends. But when your son returns who swallowed up your property with prostitutes, for him you slaughter the fattened calf.’ He said to him, ‘My son, you are here with me always; everything I have is yours. But now we must celebrate and rejoice, because your brother was dead and has come to life again; he was lost and has been found.'”

Many people are phoning me these days asking for prayers. They phone from many countries telling me that they read the messages regularly but now they are sick or some of the family are sick and need healing. I always pray with them asking the Lord to heal the sick and to give them the graces and the gifts they need. It is always a joy for me to pray for the healing of the sick that the Lord may touch them and give them good health.

Below you will find the message of Our Dear Mother Mary given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,

“I love you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters who live a life of faith everyday. The second son of My Son Jesus’ parable comes out as very difficult. He shows that he has a heart of pride and he is offended because of what his father did to the lost son when he returned home. The second son cannot forgive the first son for what he did and he finds that his father is too good to him. The second son does not want to go in the house and celebrate with the others. Is that the way that you react at times?
Yes, you react that way at times. You can be full of jealousy against one who is close to you if that person is chosen for special respect. It is very important that you get rid of pride and join your brother or sister in showing him or her your love and respect. You must always be ready to pardon them of any offense you might feel. I bless you all.”
