The Healing of the Blind Beggar

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 18, 35 – 43:

Now as he approached Jericho a blind man was sitting by the roadside begging, and hearing a crowd going by, he inquired what was happening. They told him, “Jesus of Nazareth is passing by.” He shouted, “Jesus, Son of David, have pity on me!” The people walking in front rebuked him, telling him to be silent, but he kept calling out all the more, “Son of David, have pity on me!” Then Jesus stopped and ordered that he be brought to him, and when he came near, Jesus asked him, “What do you want me to do for you?” He replied, “Lord, please let me see.” Jesus told him, “Have sight; your faith has saved you.” He immediately received his sight and followed him, giving glory to God. When the saw this, all the people gave praise to God.

I am very sad that hardly any people came to my help. They could not sent me even one hundred or two hundred dollars. I am in great stress at this moment. However, I am praying to the Lord that He helps me. I am also asking Our Dear Mother Mary to pray for me every day and today is the Feast of Saint Joseph, so I also asked him to intercede for me as he is the Patron Saint of Canada and my first name is Joseph. I pray that some money will come in during the night because I need the money in the morning.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Have faith in Me, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters, just like this blind man sitting on the side of the road at Jericho in Israel. When he found out that I was passing by he started to shout aloud, “Jesus, Son of David, have pity on me!” I stopped and I asked the people to bring him to Me. Then I asked him what he wanted Me to do for him. He told Me that he wanted to see. I told him to receive the gift of sight for his faith had saved him. Immediately he began to see and he gave glory to God. All the people with Me, when they saw that this man had been healed also gave praise to God.
My brother Melvin, I also healed your eyes when you were in Africa. You used to wear glasses but the day you were healed you threw your glasses away. That was in 1977 and today you can see and you do not need glasses. Yes, I have healed many people in all countries of the world. It is My joy to help a person to see without trouble.
You know, My friends, that I am a great healer and when I was on earth I healed many people and even brought the dead back to life. Know that I am the Divine Son of God and I have all power. Come to Me when you need help and I will help you. I love you all.”

The Third Prediction of the Passion

The Third Prediction of the Passion

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 18, 31 – 34:

Then Jesus took the Twelve aside and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem and everything written by the prophets about the Son of Man will be fulfilled. He will be handed over to the Gentiles and he will be mocked and insulted and spat upon; and after they have scourged him they will kill him, but on the third day he will rise.” But they understood nothing of this; the word remained hidden from them and they failed to comprehend what he said.

We have another snowstorm today as we wait for the Feast of Saint Joseph. It is wet snow that is falling which means there will not be any blowing snow tonight. Tomorrow we should have a sunny day for St. Joseph’s Feast. I am praying to Saint Joseph that he help me to get all the money I need to pay my big bill. Pray with me please.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“You will soon celebrate My Passion My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who are living the season of Lent at this time. I had to speak often to the Apostles about My Passion because they had great difficulty to accept that I would suffer and be killed. The Jews are the one who condemned Me but I was handed over to the Romans who beat Me and crowned Me with thorns. They laid a heavy cross on my shoulders and I had to carry this cross through the streets of Jerusalem and in fact I fell three times until I reached the place of My execution. At that place they nailed My feet and My hands to the cross and lifted it up and I suffered horribly for three hours on the cross. My Mother and the Apostle Saint John were present at the foot of My cross and Mary Magdalen was there too. After My death, I was taken down from the cross and buried nearby but as you know in three days I came back to life and appeared to many people including of course the Apostles. My sacrifice on the cross was for each one of you to atone for your sins and to open heaven for you. Come now and contemplate My Passion and Death and Resurrection and see that if you believe in Me as your Savior, you will be My great friend in this world and at the end I will bring you with Me to heaven. I love you all.”

On Riches and Renunciation

On Riches and Renunciation

A reading from the Gospel of Saint Luke 18, 24 – 30:

Jesus looked at the Rich Official now sad and said, “How hard it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God! For it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” Those who heard this said, “Then who can be saved?” And Jesus said, “What is impossible for human beings is possible for God.” Then Peter said, “We have given up our possessions and followed you.” Jesus said to them, “Amen, I say to you, there is no one who has given up house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God who will not receive back an overabundant return in this present age and eternal life in the age to come.”

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters, do not let wealth keep you from entering the Kingdom of God. You know that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. The rich official of whom I spoke of yesterday, would not follow me because of his great wealth. However, the Apostles came and followed Me and left everything behind. They left their home, their wives, their brothers and sisters, their parents and their children for the sake of the kingdom of God. They will surely be blessed and they will receive even more in this life and at the end eternal life in heaven.
My dear friends, know that the greatest accomplishment you can achieve in your life is to cooperate with Me and to be rewarded with happiness forever in heaven. I have come into the world to save you all by My dying on the cross. Repent and your sins will be forgiven and walk with Me every day and you will spend your eternity with Me in the glory of heaven. I bless you all.”

I am faced with a big problem. There is one to whom I owe $3,000 and if I do not pay this money by Friday March 20, I will be called to court and I could be thrown into prison. So if you can help me to pay this, I would be so happy. Please send the money straight to my account in my bank. The details of the bank account can be emailed to you upon request. For Canadians go straight to the Bank of Montreal to send this money. It would be in my account in ten minutes. Those who are from the USA, please send the money through Paypal which you will find at Our Lady’s website: www.OurLadyofPEI.com and click on donate. Thank you.
