The Appearance to the Seven Disciples

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 21, 1 – 14:

After this, Jesus revealed himself again to his disciples at the Sea of Tiberias. He revealed himself in this way. Together with Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, Zebedee’s sons, and two others of his disciples. Simon Peter said to them, “I am going fishing.” They said to him, “We also will come with you.” So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing. When it was already dawn, Jesus was standing on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus. Jesus said to them, “Children, have you caught anything to eat?” They answered him, “No.” So he said to them, “Cast the net over the right side of the boat and you will find something.” So they cast it, and were not able to pull it in because of the number of fish. So the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord.” When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he tucked in his garment; for he was lightly clad, and jumped into the sea. The other disciples came in the boat, for they were not far from the shore, only about a hundred yards, dragging the net with the fish. When they climbed out on shore, they saw a charcoal fire with fish on it and bread. Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish you just caught.” So Simon Peter went over and dragged the net ashore full of one hundred fifty-three large fish. Even though there were so many; the net was not torn. Jesus said to them, “Come, have breakfast.” And none of the disciples dared to ask him, “Who are you?” because they realized it was the Lord. Jesus came over and took the bread and gave it to them, and in like manner the fish. This was now the third time Jesus was revealed to his disciples after being raised from the dead.

On Holy Saturday evening we were not able to go to church because a strong snowstorm came up in the late afternoon and it was very windy. In no time the roads and the driveways were filled with snow and no cars could get out. I celebrated the vigil of Easter in my chapel and on Easter morning, I could not get out as my driveway was not opened. They only came to open it at noon. However, on Easter Sunday I celebrated Holy Mass in my chapel and received Holy Communion. We had a beautiful sunny day on Easter Sunday and in the afternoon the new snow began to melt. I hope it goes away soon.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Rejoice My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who have celebrated My Resurrection from the dead. After I rose from the dead, I appeared many times to the Apostles. One day seven Apostles had been fishing the whole night on Lake Tiberias, but they caught nothing. In the early morning I stood on the shore and shouted to the Apostles if they had caught anything. They said that they had not caught even one fish. I told them to throw the net on the right side of the boat and in no time the net was full of fish. There were one hundred and fifty-three big fish in the net.
When they came ashore I told them to bring some fish to Me. Peter brought the fish and I cook a breakfast for them. When I called them, they all came to eat fish and bread. So at My third appearance to the Apostles, I performed another miracle. The miracle is the catch of fish. They had tried the whole night to catch fish but they did not succeed but when I told them to throw the net out, in no time they had all these big fish.
The one who recognized Me first was Saint John, My beloved disciple. When he told Peter that I was standing on the shore, Peter jumped into the water and came to Me. Indeed, My appearance to them on the shore, was a great joy to all the Apostles there.
My dear friends, this is just to show you that I am always ready to help My friends and in this case I prepared a meal for the Apostles. I still today heal many people and I am always ready to give you all the graces and strength you need if you call upon Me. I am your Savior you loves you and cares for you. Remain always with Me.”

The Appearance to the Disciples in Jerusalem

The Appearance to the Disciples in Jerusalem

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 24. 36 – 49:

While the disciples were still speaking about this, Jesus stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be with you.” But they were startled and terrified and thought they were seeing a ghost. Then he said to them, “Why are you troubled? And why do questions arise in your hearts? Look at my hands and my feet; that it is I myself. Touch me and see, because a ghost does not have flesh and bones as you can see I have.” And as he said this; he showed them his hands and his feet. While they were still incredulous for joy and were amazed, he asked them, “Have you anything here to eat?” They gave him a piece of baked fish; he took it and ate it in front of them.
He said to them, “These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you; that everything written about me in the law of Moses and in the prophets and psalms must be fulfilled.” Then he opened their minds to understand the scriptures. And he said to them, “Thus it is written that the Messiah would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day and that repentance, for the forgiveness of sins, would be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And behold I am sending the promise of my Father upon you; but stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.”

Some years ago I was in Jerusalem for the great Feast of Easter. I was present at the tomb of Our Lord when it was announced that the Lord was risen. The Bishop had entered the tomb and came out with a lit candle to announce the resurrection. Everyone held a candle and all the candles were lit from the candle of the Bishop. After it was all over I entered the tomb and knelt at the very spot where the resurrection took place. What a joy it must have been for the Apostles and those who believed in Jesus as the Messiah when they came to accept that Jesus who had died on the cross was now risen and full of life. The resurrection of Jesus is the greatest miracle that helps us to believe in Jesus as Our Savior and Lord. Let us be joyful on this great day. I wish you all a very wonderful and joyful Easter.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I call you all to believe in My Resurrection My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who accept Me as your Savior. It was difficult for the Apostles to believe that I was risen from the dead when I first appeared to them in Jerusalem. They thought I was a ghost. I had to show them My hands and My feet and I had to eat food in their midst so they could accept that I was not a ghost but truly a living person with My human nature. Once they came to believe then they were filled with joy and now they accepted all that I had taught them. There was one Apostle, Thomas, who was not there when I visited them on Easter Day. When he was told that I was risen, he would not believe it. He would only believe if he put his fingers in the wounds of My hands and in the wound of My side. A week later he was there when I came to visit them and I called him to put his finger in the wounds of My hands and in My side and he did. Then he fell on his knees and exclaimed, “My Lord and My God.”
My dear friends, come and believe with all your heart that I came back to life three days after My death on the cross. I will never die again. I am now your Savior, the King of the people of the world. Come and be united to Me and you will be part of My Kingdom and you will walk with Me on earth every day and at the end I will come to get you and bring you to heaven where you will live forever in great joy and great happiness. I bless you all.”

Our Dear Mother at the Cross of Her Son

Our Dear Mother at the Cross of Her Son

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 19, 25 – 30:

Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala. When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold your son.” Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.
After this, aware that everything was now finished, in order that the scripture might be fulfilled, Jesus said, “I thirst.” There was a vessel filled with common wine. So they put a sponge soaked in wine on a sprig of hyssop and put it up to his mouth. When Jesus had taken the wine, he said, “It is finished.” And bowing his head, he handed over the spirit.

I was at the Good Friday service at our church and a big crowd was present. It went very well with our parish priest and the choir sang well too. When they walked up the middle isle with the cross, tears started to flow from my eyes and went I went up to venerate the cross, tears flowed even more and went I came to my seat, I was still crying. Before the service at the church, I spent one hour with Jesus contemplating Him on the cross. I felt united with Him as He suffered horribly nailed to the cross. It is there on the cross that He offered His great sacrifice to atone for all our sins. I thank the Lord for taking away all my sins and the sins of all the people of the world who believe in Him.

Below you will find the message of Our Mother Mary given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters who have great love for Jesus, My Son, and for Me. You know that I was present at the foot of My Son’s cross when He hung there and died. I suffered greatly in My heart at seeing My precious Son nailed to the cross and bleeding from His hands and feet. I united Myself to Him in this great passion for the salvation of the world. However, before He died, He addressed Me saying, “Woman, behold, your son.” He then said to John, the Apostles, “Behold, your Mother.” These words were the last that He addressed to a person before He died. I wish to tell you that John represented all of you, My sons and daughters. What He said to John, He also said it to each one of you. So, indeed, I am your Mother and you are My children. I have great love for each and everyone of you. I want you all close to My Son Jesus and close to Me. Come and take His hand and mine too. I bless you all and I am praying for each on you all the time.”
