The Samaritan Woman

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 4, 4 – 15:

Jesus had to pass through Samaria. So he came to a town of Samaria called Sychar, near the plot of land that Jacob had given to his son Joseph. Jacob’s well was there. Jesus, tired from his journey, sat down there at the well. It was about noon.
A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink.” His disciples had gone into the town to buy food. The Samaritan woman said to him, “How can you, a Jew, ask me a Samaritan woman, for a drink?” (For Jews use nothing in common with Samaritans.) Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God and who is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.” (The woman) said to him, “Sir, you do not even have a bucket and the cistern is deep, where then can you get this living water? Are you greater than our father Jacob, who gave us this cistern and drank from it himself with his children and his flock?” Jesus answered and said to her, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again; but whoever drinks the water I shall give will never thirst; the water I shall give will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water, so that I may not be thirsty or have to keep coming here to draw water.”

I see that my heating oil tank is again empty and I do not have the money to pay for the heating oil. It will cost again $400.00. So if someone can help me to get this oil before the furnace stops, I would be very happy indeed. Last time the furnace stopped and for three days I lived in a very cold house and I got a cold and it is not completely gone yet. May the Lord bless those persons who will help me.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who will take part in Holy Mass this Sunday. You will receive a very special grace. In the reading above there is the story of the Samaritan woman who came to the well to draw water and I was sitting there at the well. I asked her for a drink but at the beginning she objected saying that Jews never do anything in common with Samaritan. I told her that if she asked Me, I would give her living water. She did not know how I could get water from the well as it was deep. But the living water would not come from the well. Whoever drinks this living water will never be thirsty again and so she asked for this water so that she will not have to come back here to the well. Of course she did not know what the living water meant. I was speaking to her about the Holy Spirit. He is the living water who can fill you up in a marvelous way.
I call you My brothers and sisters to ask for this living water (the Holy Spirit) every day that you will have all the strength you need to follow Me and you will be enlightened to understand what I have taught you. You can receive the Holy Spirit at any time. He is there to help you and to increase your faith and your love for Me. I bless you all.”

Final Witness of the Baptist

Final Witness of the Baptist

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 3, 22 – 36:

After this, Jesus and his disciples went into the region of Judea, where he spent some time with them baptizing. John was also baptizing in Aenon near Salim, because there was an abundance of water there, and people came to be baptized, for John had not yet been imprisoned. Now a dispute arose between the disciples of John and a Jew about ceremonial washings. So they came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, the one who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you testified, here he is baptizing and everyone is coming to him.” John answered and said, “No one can receive anything except what has been given him from heaven. You yourselves can testify that I said that I am not the Messiah, but that I was sent before him. The one who has the bride is the bridegroom; the best man, who stands and listen for him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom’s voice. So this joy of mine has been complete. He must increase; I must decrease.
The one who comes from above is above all. The one who is of the earth is earthly and speaks of earthly things. But the one who comes from heaven is above all. He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. Whoever does accept his testimony certifies that God is trustworthy. For the one whom God sent speaks the words of God. He does not ration his gift of the Spirit. The Father loves the Son and has given everything over to him. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him.

I could not believe it when I got up this morning and looked outside. The ground was all white for it had snowed during the night.By this afternoon all the snow had melted but they say we will have more snow tonight. I cannot believe it as we are very near the month of May.

Below you will find the message of Our BLessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,

“I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters who live in close union with My Son Jesus and also close to Me. John the Baptist continued his work of baptizing the Jews who came to him and repented of their sins. My Son too with the Apostles were baptizing, as many people came to ask them for baptism. The disciples of John the Baptist heard that Jesus and the disciples were baptizing and everyone is going to him. John the Baptist said to them that he was not the Messiah but he had been sent before him. He added these words, “He must increase; I must decrease.” My Son Jesus is the one from heaven and He testifies to all the wonderful things He has seen. My Son speaks the words of God and the Father has given Him everything. If you believe in My Son Jesus, you will have eternal life. Come My dear children and accept Jesus, My Son, as Your Savior who has come to save you. I love you all and I bless you.”

Nicodemus

Nicodemus

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 3, 1 – 21:

Now there was a Pharisee named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. he came to Jesus at night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God, for no one can do these signs that you are doing unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can see the Kingdom of God without being born from above.” Nicodemus said to him, “How can a person once grown old be born again? Surely he cannot reenter his mother’s womb and be born again, can he?” Jesus answered, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit. What is born of flesh is flesh and what is born of spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I told you, ‘You must be born from above.’ The wind blows where it wills, and you can hear the sound it makes, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes, so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” Nicodemus answered and said to him, “How can this happen?” Jesus answered and said to him, “You are the teacher of Israel and you do not understand this? Amen, amen, I say to you, we speak of what we know and we testify to what we have seen, but you people do not accept our testimony. If I tell you about earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things? No one has gone up to heaven except the one who has come down from heaven, the Son of Man. And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.”
So God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him will not be condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the verdict that the light came into the world, but people preferred darkness to light, because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come toward the light, so that his works might not be exposed. But whoever lives the truth comes to the light, so that his works may be clearly seen as done in God.

There are still people who write to me to have names put in the Book of Remembrance. I offer three Masses a week for these people written in the book and I do this for a full year. It only costs $15 per person to write them in this book. Many who were written in the book have had a conversion. Some who never went to church have started going now and they have received confession and receive Holy Communion every Sunday. You must understand that prayers are powerful and what is more powerful than Holy Mass? You can send the money via Paypal on the website: www.ourladyofpei.com We need to have prayers for all those who do not believe and do not pray.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“Be not like Nicodemus but believe with all your heart My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who love to read My words. Nicodemus was a Pharisee who came to see Me at night because he did not want the people to see him coming to Me. He had a question in his mind about Me because he knew that I was doing many great signs which can only come from a person who is with God. Immediately I began to teach him. I told him that no one can enter the Kingdom of God unless he is born from above. Of course he did not understand what I said. I told him that he has to be born of water and the Holy Spirit. He did not know how this would come above. I told him that only if he believed in Me as the Son of God will he be saved. The Father gave Me, His Son, to the world so that all who believe in Me might not perish but have eternal life.
So My brothers and sisters, I call you all to come into the light and you know that I am the light. So come and live the truth and you will be in the light and you will see that I am truly the Son of God and that I am doing the will of My Heavenly Father. I bless you all.”
