Walking on the Water

A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 6, 16 – 21:

When it was evening, his disciples went down to the sea, embarked in a boat, and went across the sea to Capernaum. It had already grown dark, and Jesus had not yet come to them. The sea was stirred up because a strong wind was blowing. When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and coming near the boat and they began to be afraid. But he said to them, “It is I. Do not be afraid.” They wanted to take him into the boat, but the boat immediately arrived at the shore to which they were heading.

Yesterday we got the results of the Provincial elections here in Prince Edward Island which had taken place the day before. The Liberal Party won the election. I did not vote for that party because of the bad reputation that the Liberal Party has nationally. They are for abortion and euthanasia and I am praying that they will not try to introduce it here. So far Prince Edward Island has never accepted to have abortions here on the Island. I pray that they will not change the situation here.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,

“I love you My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who love Me with all their heart. I know that you love to read the Bible especially the New Testament. The reading today tells you about the great miracle I performed by walking on the water across the Sea of Galilee. When the Apostles saw Me coming towards them, they were afraid because they thought that I was a ghost. Of course they had never seen a person walking on the water and if they tried, they would sink for sure. To show them that I have all power and that I can do all kinds of things, I simply walked on the water. In one Gospel, Peter asked Me to call him to walk on the water in My direction. I told him to come and he got out of the boat and started to walk on the water but when he felt the wind he was afraid and began to sink. I simply grabbed him and brought him back to the boat. I told him these words, “Oh you of little faith.”

This miracle of walking on the water is to help every one of you to believe that I am the Son of God and that I have all the power of God. You need to believe in Me to accept Me as your Savior who opened heaven for you and atone for all your sins. I bless you all and I love you.”
