The Fall of Babylon (3)
A reading from the Book of Revelation 18, 19 – 24:
They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and mourning:
“Alas, alas, great city, in which all who had ships at sea grew rich from her wealth. In one hour she has been ruined. Rejoice over her, heaven, you holy ones, apostles, and prophets. For God has judged your case against her.”
A mighty angel picked up a stone like a huge millstone and threw it into the sea and said:
“With such force will Babylon the great city be thrown down, and will never be found again.
No melodies of harpists and musicians, flutists and trumpeters, will ever be heard in you again.
No craftsmen in any trade will ever be found in you again. No sound of the millstone will every be heard in you again. No light from a lamp will ever be seen in you again.
No voices of bride and groom will ever be heard in you again. Because your merchants were the great ones of the world, all nations were led astray by your magic potion.
In her was found the blood of prophets and holy ones
and all who have been slain on the earth.”
Only a little bit of snow fell on Monday and it began to melt in the afternoon. On Tuesday we will have a sunny day.
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“You know that God the Father is all powerful and you should have great respect for Him My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sister living upon the earth. You are called to adore Him as your God and Creator and to pray regularly. I gave you when I was on earth the prayer “the Our Father.” This prayer pleases the Father and He would love that all people on earth would pray this prayer. Through this prayer you can show your love for Your Father and Creator.
However, just like Babylon the Great many people refuse to accept the Father and to pray to Him. Many too have offended Him by their horrible sins and they refuse to repent of their gave sins. Something terrible will happen to these people and to their cities because they do not respect the Father and do not have any love for Him.
You My dear friends must not act like those people. Come daily and pray the Our Father and adore Him as Your King and Lord. Ask Him for the things you need and He will be happy to give it to you. Remember the Father and I are one and I love you too. Have respect for your God.”
