Dear Friends,

Blessing

A reading from the First Letter of Saint Peter 1, 3 – 12:

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who in his great mercy gave us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you who by the power of God are safeguarded through faith, to a salvation that is ready to be revealed in the final time. In this you rejoice, although now for a little while you may have to suffer through various trials, so that the genuineness of your faith, more precious than gold that is perishable even though tested by fire, may prove to be for praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Although you have not seen him you love him; even though you do not see him now yet believe in him, you rejoice with an indescribable and glorious joy, as you attain the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
Concerning the salvation, prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and investigated it, investigating the time and circumstances that the Spirit of Christ within them indicated when it testified in advance to the suffering destined for Christ and the glories to follow them. It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you with regard to the things that have now been announced to you by those who preached the good news to you through the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels longed to look.

Yesterday we had nice mild temperature and plenty of rain. Most of the snow disappeared once more. This is the third time that the snow has melted. Today it should be sunny.

Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,

“I bless you my son Melvin and all My sons and daughters who live in every country of the world. You know that My greatest suffering was to stand at the foot of the cross of My Son Jesus while He was in horrible suffering. I was there until He died. I held His dead body in My arms after they brought His body down from the cross. I was there when they buried Him in a tomb not far away. Then I went home with My heart in great pain having lost My only Son. However, what joy on Sunday when He came to visit Me after His resurrection from the dead. This was the greatest joy in My life to see Him alive once more. I thank Him with all My love for His visit to Me.
My dear children, believe in Jesus, My Son, who is the Son of God risen from the dead. He died for all of you to redeem you and three days after He was alive again never to die again. Yes He loves you and He wants you all with Him. I love you all and I am praying for all of you.”

Father Melvin

P.S. Our Blessed Mother loves you all.
