Exhortation to Preparedness

Dear Friends,
A reading from the Second Letter of St. Peter (
3:11-18):
Since everything is to be dissolved in this way, what sort of persons ought you to be, conducting yourselves in holiness and devotion, waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved in flames and the elements melted by fire. But according to his promise we await new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
Therefore, beloved, since you await these things, be eager to be found without spot or blemish before him, at peace. And consider the patience of our Lord as salvation, as our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, also wrote to you, speaking of these things as he does in all his letters. In them there are some things hard to understand that the ignorant and unstable distort to their own destruction, just as they do the other scriptures.
Therefore, beloved, since you are forewarned, be on your guard not to be led into the error of the unprincipled and to fall from your own stability. But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

The conclave to elect a new pope has begun and we await the pope that the cardinals will choose. Let us continue to pray for all the cardinals that they will be inspired by the Holy Spirit to vote for the right person.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord, the Son of God, given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Contemplate the end of the world My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who are part of My mystical body and part of My Church. All the people who ever lived in the world will be present in Jerusalem on the day of the last judgment. Follow Me now every day and you will have no stain on your soul when you will gather in Jerusalem. This means that you have to build a strong relationship with Me. Begin contemplation every day for at least twenty minutes. I am the centre of contemplation and this prayer helps you to advance in holiness. It is like the person who climbs the mountain. It takes time but if you persist you will reach the top. Spiritually the top of the mountain is perfect holiness but you need many days of contemplation to climb this mountain. Every time you contemplate you climb at least a few feet every day. Do not give up but climb with Me for I will help you to go up. You are also called to pray your rosary every day and to go to Holy Mass at least every Sunday and to receive the sacraments regularly. I love you all and I want you all with Me.”
