The Last Supper

Dear Friends,
A reading from St. Luke’s Gospel (
22:14-23):
When the hour came, [Jesus] took his place at table with the apostles. He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer, for, I tell you, I shall not eat it again until there is fulfillment in the kingdom of God.” Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and said, “Take this and share it among yourselves; for I tell you that from this time on I shall not drink of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.” Then he took the bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which will be given for you; do this in memory of me.” And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which will be shed for you.
“And yet behold, the hand of the one who is to betray me is with me on the table; for the Son of Man indeed goes as it has been determined; but woe to that man by whom he is betrayed.” And they began to debate among themselves who among them would do such a deed.

The big snowstorm began this morning. It came up from the USA and struck New York, Boston and many other cities and now it is here. I hope we will not get too much snow.

Below you will find the Message of Our Dear Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,
“I bless you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters spread over the whole earth. I love you all for you are My children. I was not present at the Last Supper when My Son Jesus instituted the Holy Eucharist with His Apostles. This Last Supper is very important indeed for it is the culmination of the work of Jesus, My Son. What He did at the Last Supper was accomplished on the cross the next day. At the supper, in a religious manner He offered His body and blood for the salvation of the people of the world. The next day He offered Himself physically on the cross the perfect sacrifice by His suffering and death. Every time the priest celebrates the Holy Eucharist, he renews the sacrifice of My Son Jesus on the cross. This great sacrifice is for all eternity. When you go to Holy Mass, it is the same as if you were present at the cross when My Son suffered and died for all of you. He loves you all and I love you too.”
