Suffering of the Servant of the Lord
Dear Friends,
A reading from the Prophet Isaiah (52:13-15; 53:1-7):
See my servant shall prosper, he shall be raised high and greatly exalted. Even as many were amazed at him – so marred was his look beyond that of man, and his appearance beyond that of mortals. So shall he startle many nations, because of him kings shall stand speechless; for those who have not been told shall see, those who have not heard shall ponder it.
Who would believe what we have heard? To whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? He grew up like a sapling before him, like a shoot from the parched earth; there was in him no stately bearing to make us look at him, nor appearance that would attract us to him. He was spurned and avoided by men, a man of suffering, accustomed to infirmity. One of those from whom men hide their faces, spurned, and we held him in no esteem. Yet it was our infirmities that he bore, our sufferings that he endured, while we thought of him as stricken, as one smitten by God and afflicted. But he was pierced for our offenses, crushed for our sins. Upon him was the chastisement that makes us whole, by his stripes we were healed. We had all gone astray like sheep, each following his own way, but the Lord laid upon him the guilt of us all. Though he was harshly treated, he submitted and open not his mouth; like a lamb led to the slaughter or a sheep before the shearers, he was silent and opened not his mouth.
I had visitors yesterday from different provinces of Canada: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Quebec. Every day visitors come to visit the chapel of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island. Some need healing and I pray with them. Others come to pray to our Blessed Mother.
(Below you will find the message of Our Heavenly Father given to Father Melvin. God the Father spoke to him these words.)
“I created you out of love My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters living on the earth. Every day I provide for your needs. Remember I see you at every moment of the day or night. Before My Son Jesus was born on earth, I had already given messages to My prophets announcing His coming and what would happen to Him. I had sent Him on earth with a human nature in order to bring salvation to the people living on earth. The people were far from Me because of their sins and only My Son Jesus could atone for the sins of mankind. He did it by His passion and death on the cross. His sacrifice was a perfect sacrifice that paid for all your sins and through His sacrifice He opened heaven for you. However, you have your duty as a follower of My Son and you have responsibilities you have to accomplish. With His help you can accomplish everything but you need to believe in Him, to ask for the graces you need and open your heart to receive them. He established His one and only Church and it is ruled by the successor of St. Peter. Where Peter is there is My Son’s Church. Come and follow the Church of My Son and you will be welcomed in heaven one day. I bless you.”
