Call to holiness
Dear Friends,
A reading from the Second Letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians (2 Cor 6, 14 – 7,4):
Do not be yoked with those who are different, with unbelievers. For what partnership do righteousness and lawlessness have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness? What accord has Christ with Beliar? Or what has a believer in common with and unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said:
“I will live with them and move among them, and I will be their God and they shall be my people. Therefore, come forth from them and be separate,“ says the Lord, “and touch nothing unclean; then I will receive you’ and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, say the Lord Almighty.“
Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of flesh and spirit, making holiness perfect in the fear of God.
Make room for us; we have not wronged anyone, or ruined anyone, or taken advantage of anyone. I do not say this in condemnation, for I have already said that you are in our hearts, that we may die together and live together. I have great confidence in you, I have great pride in you; I am filled with encouragement, I am overflowing with joy all the more because of all our affliction.
I still have my book of remembrance with all the names inscribed in it. Those who are written in that book take part in two Masses a week for a whole year. I also offer my rosary for them and I still pray other prayers. In order to be written in that book it only costs $15.00 for each person. Many have phoned or written to me about the healings and the changes that have taken place in many of those people inscribed.
(Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Redeemer given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words.)
“Come follow Me My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters living all over the world. You know you were created for heaven so listen to My call. I call you all to holiness. If you believe in Me and follow Me and listen to My words, you will surely grow in holiness every day. The more united you are to Me, the holier you will be. A holy person follows all the commandments of God the Father. This person loves the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and loves all his or her neighbors. He or she never caries any grudges or hatred in his or her heart. A holy person is always ready to forgive whatever someone has done. With love in the heart, you know that you live in the light of God. You are filled with divine grace and you will spend time in prayer every day. You will be a responsible worker and carry out your tasks perfectly. You will also be filled with patience, a great attribute of a holy person today. You will turn to Me often during the day asking for any help you need. I love you all.”
