Mutual Love
Dear Friends,
A reading from the Letter of St. Paul to the Romans (12:9-21):
Let love be sincere; hate what is evil, hold on to what is good; love one another with mutual affection; anticipate one another in showing honor. Do not grow slack in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, endure in affliction, persevere in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the holy ones, exercise hospitality. Bless those who persecute you, bless and do not curse them. Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. Have the same regard for one another; do not be haughty but associate with the lowly; do not be wise in your own estimation. Do not repay anyone evil for evil; be concerned for what is noble in the sight of all. If possible, on your part, live at peace with all. Beloved, do not look for revenge but leave room for the wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” Rather, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals upon his head.” Do not be conquered by evil but conquer evil with good.
I thank the Lord for the nice day we had yesterday. It was cloudy in the morning but by noon the sun was shining and it became nice and warm. We should have the same weather today.
(Below you will find the message of Our Blessed Mother given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words.)
“I love you, My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters living in the world. How beautiful the world would be if every person loved his brothers and sisters. Great peace and joy would fill the world. There would no longer be any killings, no wars, no division, no slander and no anger. St. Paul in his letter to the Romans calls us to mutual love. In loving in this manner, you will be following My Son, Jesus, who is always full of love for all of you. I am your Mother and I love you all as a mother loves her children. I never stop interceding for each one of you before My Son, Jesus. You must not hate anyone but do good to every person. Help those in need and you will be blessed. I love you all and I am calling you to come and follow My Son, Jesus, and to imitate Him.”
