The Empty Tomb
A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 20, 1 – 10:
On the first day of the week, Mary of Magdala came to the tomb early in the morning, while it was still dark, and saw the stone removed from the tomb. So she ran and went to Simon Peter and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and told them, “They have taken the Lord from the tomb, and we don’t know where they put him.” So Peter and the other disciple went out and came to the tomb. They both ran, but the other disciple ran faster than Peter and arrived at the tomb first; he bent down and saw the burial cloths there, but did not go in. When Simon Peter arrived after him, he went into the tomb and saw the burial cloths there, and the cloth that had covered his head, not with the burial cloths but rolled up in a separate place. Then the other disciple also went in, the one who had arrived at the tomb first, and he saw and believed. For they did not yet understand the scripture that he had to rise from the dead. Then the disciples returned home.
We had a beautiful sunny day on Sunday and the temperature was 25 degrees Celsius. I read horrible news today from the USA. It seems that a financial collapse will soon happen there and all the people will suffer much. Jesus told me that the people of the US will be punished because the Government of the USA has made some horrible sins laws in that country. These sins are abortion, assisted suicide and same-sex marriage. These laws are great offenses against God.
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words:
“My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in My Resurrection, be filled with love and joy as I speak to you today about the great miracle of My Resurrection from the dead. It was Mary Magdalene who went to My tomb early on Sunday morning and when she got there she saw that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance of the tomb. She looked inside and she did not see My body. So she ran to tell Saint Peter and Saint John what had happened at the tomb. So both Saint Peter and Saint John ran to the tomb but Saint John ran faster and reached the tomb first. He looked in and saw the burial cloths there but he did not go in. When Saint Peter arrived he went in and saw the cloths and then Saint John entered and seeing these cloths, he believed that I was risen from the dead. I was not there at the tomb at that time because I had gone to visit My Mother and she was full of joy to see Me alive and well. That same day I went to visit others including the Apostles and they were afraid when they saw Me.
My dear brothers and sisters believe with all your heart that I am risen from the dead never to die again. My great miracle is surely My Resurrection from the dead. This miracle shows that I am indeed the Son of God and the Savior of the world as I told the Apostles before My death. I am now alive with all power and I want to lead you all along the path that leads you to your heavenly home. I love you all.”
