The Entry into Jerusalem
A reading from the Gospel of Saint John 12, 12 – 19:
On the next day, when the great crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, they took palm branches and went out to meet him, and cried out:
“Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel.”
Jesus found an ass and sat upon it, as it written:
“Fear no more, O daughter Zion; see, your king comes, seated upon an ass’s colt.”
His disciples did not understand this at first, but when Jesus had been glorified they remembered that these things were written about him and that they had done this for him. So the crowd that was with him when he called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from death continued to testify. This was also why the crowd went to meet him, because they heard that he had done this sign. So the Pharisees said to one another, “You see that you are gaining nothing. Look, the whole world has gone after him.”
Please pray my dear friends that the money needed to built the shrine in honor of Our Blessed Mother, the Mother of Life, and to build the two monasteries for the Contemplative Brothers and Sisters of Jesus will come soon. Almost all the money to pay the court is now on its way and I hope I will not have to pay much more money in the future. Our Blessed Mother told me when She came to visit me on March 25th that I will receive the money soon. She called for prayers for a new era is fast approaching.
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Join with Me in spirit My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters as I solemnly enter the city of Jerusalem, which will be commemorated tomorrow during Palm Sunday. The people who lined the way held palm branches and sang the song, “Hosanna, Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel.” You know that Jerusalem is known as the city of God for the great Temple of God is in this city. That day I entered Jerusalem I was very well received as a King but hardly a week later, I was arrested, tortured, condemned to death, carried My cross and I was crucified just outside the wall of the city. I died on the cross and I gave Myself as a sacrifice to the Father for the salvation of all the people of the world.
Come now and join Me in the procession of My entry into Jerusalem and show Me your faith, your love and your joy that I am your Savior. Come with branches to welcome your Lord and King. I love you all and I want you all close to Me every day.”
