Freedom from Sin, Life in God
A reading from Saint Paul’s Letter to the Romans 6, 1 – 11:
What then shall we say? Shall we persist in sin that grace may abound? Of course not! How can we who died to sin yet live in it? Or are you unaware that we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were indeed buried with him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might live in newness of life.
For if we have grown into union with him through a death like his, we shall also be united with him in the resurrection. We know that our old self was crucified with him, so that our sinful body might be done away with, that we might no longer be in slavery to sin. For a dead person has been absolved from sin. If then, we have died with Christ, raised from the dead, dies no more; death no longer has power over him. As to his death, he died to sin once and for all, as to his life, he lives for God. Consequently you too must think of yourselves as dead to sin and living for God in Christ Jesus.
Today I received news that a man who had prostate cancer has been totally healed. He phoned me to pray for him when he found out that he had this cancer. The doctors tested him and it was positive. Some days ago he had other tests and it came out that there was no cancer any more. So the Lord healed him from this horrible sickness. I thank the Lord for this great healing.
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“You have all been baptized My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who believe in Me. You were all baptized in Me and so you were baptized in My death. So you know that your old self was crucified with Me, so that your sinful body might be done away with, that you might no longer be in slavery to sin. For through baptism you have been absolved from sin. So you have died with Me, believe that you will also live with Me. I died once and for all, death no longer has any power over Me. I died to take away sin and now I live with the Father.
So My friends, look at the importance of baptism. You are now dead to sin and you are to live for God in Me, Your Savior. Avoid all sin in your life and walk in union with Me. With the grace I won for you, you can now avoid sin and travel on the road to holiness. Never abandon Me or you will be in a worst state than before. I bless you all and I love you all.”

P.S. Today Thursday is a cloudy day and we had a little rain.
