God’s Just Judgment
A reading from Saint Paul’s Letter to the Romans 2, 1 – 11:
Therefore, you are without excuse, every one of you who passes judgment. For by the standard by which you judge another you condemn yourself, since you, the judge, do the very same thing. We know that the judgment of God on those who do such things is true. Do you suppose, then, you who judge those who engage in such things and yet do them yourself, that you will escape the judgment of God? Or do you hold his priceless kindness, forbearance and patience in low esteem, unaware that the kindness of God would lead you to repentance? By your stubbornness and impenitent heart, you are storing up wrath for yourself for the day of wrath and revelation of the just judgment of God, who will repay everyone according to his works: eternal life to those who seek glory, honor, and immortality through perseverance in good works, but wrath and fury to those who selfishly disobey the truth and obey wickedness. Yes, affliction and distress will come upon every human being who does evil, Jews first and then Greek. But there will be glory, honor, and peace to everyone who does good, Jew first and then Greek. There is no partiality with God.
The Synod of Bishops in Rome started today with a Solemn High Mass with all the members of the Synod present. The main celebrant was Pope Francis and they prayed that the outcome of this meeting will be a great help for all families because the theme of the Synod is the family. Let us continue to pray that the Holy Spirit will enlightened those who are present so that they will decide according to the will of Our Heavenly Father.
Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“Do not judge others, My brother Melvin and all My brothers and sisters who follow Me and you will not be judged. You are all called to love every person even those who hate you. Pray for them all that I may give them all the graces and gifts they need and that they will all be close to Me.
Saint Paul in his letter to the Romans teaches them about how I judge people. It is a fact that many continue to judge others and they condemn them. They act as people full of pride who think they are better than all the others. No, My friends, I call you to be humble and look upon yourselves as the lowest of them all. You, too, have sinned and you need to confess your sins and ask for forgiveness. So never look upon yourselves as better than others. You would surely be worst if it was not the graces I won for you on the cross. So follow Me and one day you will be with Me in heaven. I came to save you but I need your cooperation. Let us work together and one day you will be in eternity with all the angels and saints. I love you all and I bless you.”

P.S. We had a mostly cloudy day today Sunday but the sun did come out for a time in the afternoon.
