The Canaanite Woman’s Faith
Dear Friends,
Then Jesus went from that place and withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. And behold, a Canaanite woman of that district came and called out, “Have pity on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is tormented by a demon.” But he did not say a word in answer to her. His disciples came and asked him, “Send her away, for she keeps calling out after us.” He said in reply, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” But the woman came and did him homage, saying, “Lord, help me.” He said in reply, “It is not right to take the food of the children and throw it to the dogs.” She said, “Please, Lord, for even the dogs eat the scraps that fall from the table of their masters.” Then Jesus said to her in reply, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be done for you as you wish.” And her daughter was healed from that hour. (Passage from the Gospel of St. Matthew 15:21-28)
Last evening I was at St. Paul’s Church in Summerside for a Healing Mass. The celebration began at 7:00 p.m. and a good crowd of people attended. After Mass I prayed with all the people present. I will have another Healing Mass at the Little Shrine of Our Lady of Prince Edward Island next week on Friday, August 5, at 7:30 p.m. and we will start with the rosary at 7:00 p.m.

Below you will find the message of Our Lord and Savior given to Father Melvin. Jesus spoke to him these words,
“I have compassion on all My friends and especially you, My brother Melvin, and all My brothers and sisters living in every country of the world. It does not make any difference where you come from or what colour of skin you have, you are all My brothers and sisters and I desire that you all have a deep friendship with Me. I have all power and I will help you in your daily life. I will give you a reason for living and bring healing to you. As I healed the daughter of the Canaanite woman, I heal people from anywhere if they have faith in Me. You all need some sort of healing and I am the one to do this for you. Come with great faith and pray for your great need and you will be blessed. I love you.”
