Instructions for the Community

Dear Friends,
A reading from Saint Paul’s Letter to the Philippians (1:27-30):

Only, conduct yourselves in a way worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that, whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear news of you, that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind struggling together for the faith of the gospel, not intimidated in any way by your opponents. This is proof to them of destruction, but of your salvation. And this is God’s doing. For to you has been granted, for the sake of Christ, not only to believe in him but also to suffer for him. Yours is the same struggle as you saw in me and now hear about me.

Yesterday was the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the great saint of the Middle Ages. He is a great example for us all because of his great love for Our Lord. He received the stigmata to make him resemble Jesus all the more. I also prayed for Pope Francis who took the name of this great saint. He surely takes Saint Francis as his model.

Below you will find the message of Our Dear Mother Mary given to Father Melvin. She spoke to him these words,
“I call you My son Melvin and all My sons and daughters to be great lovers of prayer. I pray that your faith may grow every day and that you pray to My Son Jesus regularly. Remain united with Him and with Me and be strong members of the Church My Son founded on the Apostles. I also pray for all those who are sick, that My Son may help them and give them great hope. All are sick at times but you must never lose hope, the wonderful gift that comes from Jesus, My Son. My Son loves you and He will never abandon you. He asks that you love Him in return. Through this relationship with Him, you will receive all the graces you need and the strength to follow Him every day.
“I am your Mother and I love you all. You give me great joy when you follow My Son and pray every day. I will continue to protect you from any harm and I will chase the evil one away from you. I bless you all.”

          Father Melvin
